Our new sleeping system “The Space Saver” is a clever solution to easily convert your bus into a campervan. With this specially designed for VW T5/T6 multiflexboard you can prepare a comfortable bed by adding this bed extension to the rear of you bus.

• Utilisation: When not required as a bed you can use it as dividing shelf for better utilisation of the boot space with maximum pay load up to 100 kg.
• Functionality: The board divides the trunk on two sections increasing functionality and practicality.  The product features a mechanism which enables the Multiflexboard to reduce its size by approximately one third, thus saving valuable space especially in SWB vehicles. Also, the gas strut allows the rear section of the board to remain upright once lifted. The height of the board precisely corresponds to the height of the third seat (bench) when reclined, so that they can make an even surface. Alignment of the gap between the boards and the metal beam is possible by slight adjustment of the fixation of the boards to the hinges.
• Easy Assembling: You do not need any tools to fix the consoles to the rails. They can be easily mounted to the rails with the anchor bolts and clamping knobs provided. The T-shaped anchors have a groove at the top. When the groove is parallel to the rail, it is in unlocked position and when perpendicular – in locked position. The boards come with marked screw points. See assembling instruction bellow!
• Mattress Topper:  Both available options for mattress topper are made of high grade and top-quality car upholstery material in anthracite grey colour and the material used is hypoallergenic. This Tri-Folding mattress topper folds easy and quickly for easy storage in the carrier bag.

The sleeping system “The Space Saver” fits into all SWB and LWB VW T5 / T6 Multivan/Caravelle models from 2003 up to date with long bottom locking rails on the floor, as well as VW Transporter conversions.

The mattress topper fits on top of the original VW Multivan/Caravelle/California Beachseats and Multiflexboard, but can be successfully used in various campervan conversions as well. The material may vary slightly but the dominant colour will always be Grey and will always be car upholstery grade!
