This is an ultimate kit and is an affordable solution for an easy conversion of your van into a camper van. There are two variations of the consoles – consoles wit struts and consoles without struts.

VW T5/T5.1/T6/T6.1 Multivan/Caravelle Multiflexboard + Mattress topper (Bed extension)

Welcome to our upgraded bed extension – the sleeping system for Multivan. For the past four years it has become ever so popular among the VW van owners. We have committed to continuously improving our products and maintain reputable quality. This is an affordable solution for easy conversion of your bus into a campervan. With this specially designed for VW T5/T6 sleeping system for Multivan, you do not have to spend loads of money on conversions. With just a few simple steps, you can prepare a comfortable bed by adding this Multiflexboard to the rear of you van. Please configure your desired product.

Product description:

  • Utilisation: When not required as a bed you can use it as dividing shelf for better utilisation of the boot space with maximum pay load up to 180 kg.
  • Functionality: The board divides the trunk on two sections increasing functionality and practicality. The product features supportive mechanism which allows the board to remain upright once lifted. The upgraded model has gas struts (one for each console) for easy lifting/dropping of the board. The height of the board (50.5 cm) precisely corresponds to the height of the third seat (bench) when reclined, so that they can make an even surface for sleeping.
  • Easy Assembling: You do not need any tools to fix the consoles to the rails. They can be easily mounted to the rails with the anchor bolts and clamping knobs provided. Each console has two locking units, for absolutely secure handling in the locking rail. The T-shaped anchors have a groove at the top. When the groove is parallel to the rail, it is in unlocked position and when perpendicular – in locked position. The board gets fixed to the hinges with the screws provided, whereas it comes with marked screw holes. The hinges allow the board to lift in an upright position in order to create ample space for bulky loads. See assembling instruction bellow!
  • Mattress Topper:  Both available options for mattress topper are made of high grade and top-quality car upholstery material in anthracite grey colour and the material used is hypoallergenic. This Tri-Folding mattress topper folds easy and quickly for easy storage in the carrier bag. More detailes information below.

Product details:

The sleeping system for Multivan fits into all SWB and LWB VW T5 / T6 Caravelle/Multivan models from 2003 up to date with long bottom locking rails on the floor, as well as VW Transporter conversion.

The mattress topper fits on top of the original VW Multivan/California Beach/Caravelle seats and Multiflexboard, but can be successfully used in various campervan conversions as well. The material may vary slightly but the dominant colour will always be Grey and will always be car upholstery grade!
